Standard Products: Orders for ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Customized or Tailored Items: Orders for items that require tailoring or customization (e.g., stitched blouses, made-to-measure kurtas) will require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Please Note: Delivery timelines may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, pandemics, or local disruptions.
We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure you get the best value.
Standard Shipping: A fixed shipping charge of ₹60 will be applied to all orders below ₹599.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of ₹599 and above.
The shipping charge (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you make your payment.
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email and an SMS with the following details:
Name of the courier partner.
Airway Bill (AWB) Number / Tracking ID.
A direct link to track your shipment.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor the status of your package on the courier's official website.
If a package is returned to our warehouse by the courier because it was undeliverable due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to reship the order.
Incorrect or incomplete address.
Recipient not available.
Premises closed.
In such cases, the customer will be required to pay the re-shipping charges. If you choose to cancel the order, a refund will be processed for the product(s) cost only, and the original shipping charges (if any) will be deducted.
While we take utmost care in packaging, in the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
For Damaged Items: Please provide your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
For Lost Items: Please provide your Order ID and AWB number.
We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at the earliest.
