1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or an exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the product meets the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original price tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and in their original condition.
For stitched items (e.g., blouses, kurtas), the stitching thread should not be cut.
The return request must be placed within the 7-day return window.
A video of the package unboxing is highly recommended. This helps us process your request faster and protects against any shipping damage claims.
Note: Products are returned at the customer's risk until they reach our warehouse. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit during a return initiated by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Innerwear, lingerie, and socks.
Items purchased during a sale or clearance event.
Customized or personalized garments (e.g., custom-stitched blouses, made-to-measure outfits).
Products with damaged or missing tags/labels.
Any item that is returned in a condition that is not resalable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
If your product is eligible for return, please follow these simple steps:

Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours with instructions, including the return shipping address.
Pack the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all tags and a copy of the invoice.
Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer's Choice (Size Issue / Change of Mind): If the return is due to a size issue or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Company's Error (Wrong/Damaged Item): If we have sent you a wrong or defective product, Nandnigarments will arrange for a free reverse pickup or reimburse the shipping costs upon receiving the receipt.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Upon successful inspection, the refund will be initiated.
The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, net banking, UPI).
Alternatively, you can choose to receive the refund as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on Nandnigarments.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same product, we can facilitate an exchange.
The exchange must be initiated within the 7-day return window.
The product must meet all the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.
You will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us. We will ship the replacement to you at no extra cost, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a full refund.
8. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately with your Order ID. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. It will need to be processed as a return once delivered, as per the policy above.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take utmost care in packaging your orders. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at [Insert Your Support Email].
Provide your Order ID and a clear video/photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the outer packaging.
We will verify the issue and arrange for a free reverse pickup and a full refund or an immediate replacement, as per your preference.
