Return Policy

At Nandni Garments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that your return is processed smoothly.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

Initiating a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or through the payment mode that was used at the time of customer purchase, within 7 days.
